The post-removal nail care routine we swear by

Removing your Glaize stick-on gels is easy. A little warm water, cuticle oil and a gentle lift with a cuticle stick, and you're done. But what happens next matters too. A few minutes of aftercare helps keep nails feeling smooth, hydrated and ready for your next set whenever you are.
Step 1: Sweep away any residue
Once your stick-on gels are off, run your finger over each nail. If anything feels slightly sticky or uneven, use your Glaize tab with Prep Juice and gently swipe across the nail.
No Prep Juice nearby? Warm water and soap work too. Gently massage away any remaining adhesive until your nails feel smooth and clean.
Step 2: Hydrate your nails
Cuticle oil helps replenish moisture and keeps nails and surrounding skin feeling nourished. Apply a drop to each nail and massage it in, working around the cuticle and skin surrounding the nail.
It takes less than a minute but makes a noticeable difference. Do this every time you remove a set and, ideally, a few times a week during the wear as well.
Step 3: Moisturise your hands
Your cuticles and the skin around your nails absorb moisture particularly well after removal. Layer hand cream over your cuticle oil and massage it in.
It is an easy step to skip when you are in a rush, but your hands will thank you for it.
Step 4: Give your nails a moment
You do not need to wait long before applying a new set, but if your nails feel a little sensitive, or you simply want a break between manicures, leaving them overnight can be a good habit to get into.
Glaize stick-on gels are HEMA-free and pre-cured, making them gentler than traditional salon gel treatments.
One thing to avoid
Do not rip off your gels, instead, gently lift them from the base of the nail using a cuticle stick and let the adhesive release gradually as you work your way up.
Ripping them off is one of the few things that can cause unnecessary damage. Follow the proper removal process and your nails will stay healthy-looking and ready for every set that follows.
