Pinky Promise: Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month

1 October 2025

This October, to honour Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re proud to dedicate our soft pink shade, Pinky Promise, to the cause. Throughout the month, 5% of every Pinky Promise sale will be donated to Breast Cancer Now - a UK charity supporting those affected today and funding life-saving research for tomorrow.

Why Breast Cancer Awareness Matters

Breast cancer remains the most common cancer in the UK, and the statistics are sobering:

  • 1 woman is diagnosed every 10 minutes.
  • Over half of women in the UK don’t check their breasts regularly.

Awareness, education, and support are more vital than ever. Regular self-checks save lives, and charities like Breast Cancer Now, which we’ve supported last year, provide crucial resources, research, and care for those living with and beyond breast cancer.

How Glaize Makes a Difference

We’ve heard from many of our customers who are going through treatment, and their stories inspire us every day. Glaize wraps offer small but meaningful benefits during such a difficult time:

  • No UV lamps - safer for sensitive skin.
  • No harsh chemicals - our formulations are free from toxins like HEMA and TPO.
  • Mood-boosting manis - a pop of colour can make a big difference to confidence and wellbeing.

By choosing Pinky Promise, you’re not only treating yourself to a chic, soft-pink manicure - you’re also contributing to a cause that touches so many lives.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Shop Pinky Promise: Every purchase this month helps us support Breast Cancer Now.
  • #NailTheRoutine & #CheckYourBoobies: Regular self-checks are essential – here’s a simple guide on how to check your breasts.
  • Spread awareness: Share your Pinky Promise mani on social media to remind friends and family to check regularly.

Thank You

Every order makes a difference. Together, we can raise awareness, fund research, and support those affected by breast cancer.

With love,

Team Glaize 💅
